MrShawnTierney on "[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] When attempting to "network activate" plugin I lose connection to WP admin pages"

I recently found this plugin and it looks like exactly what I need.

However, when I attempt to "network activate" the page never reloads and I can no longer access the main site's admin pages.

To get back in I must disable the plugin via the db.

Any ideas why this plugin won't activate? I'm running WP 4.1.1 and I recently updated and network activated jetpack without issue (it's the only other plugin I'm using.)
