MickWP on "[Plugin: WordPress MU Domain Mapping] All query strings used by plugin?"

Could somebody tell me all of the query strings this plugin uses please? I'm having some problems using the plugin with microcaching in nginx.

I think adding the query strings to bypass nginx's cache will solve my problem.
