Hi there,
I installed the plug-in on a multisite with a main domain and two sub-domains, moved sunrise.php to correct location, and added the sunrise line to wp-config.
At that point, I no longer have access to the WordPress installation; the website is no longer available after showing 500 internal server error and ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS. Deleting cookies doesn’t help.
I do have access via FTP. I deleted the plugin via FTP, deleted sunrise.php as well as the sunrise line in wp-config. But that did not fix this issue, still no access to the webpage – frustrating.
What is going wrong here? Can you help me to gain access again to the web page, please?
