Have you tried deactivating all the plugins in one of the sites? Also, you may want to check your htaccess for a bogus rewrite rule.

Well I think I figured this out just using the available options. Looks like if you check the box for "Remote Login" then it will be set to automatically redirect to the original domains login screen.
